Summer time is a great period of the year when you can finally take your time and start doing more sports than during the rest of the year. We all know it – studying, working, and sometimes even both at the same time. It is difficult to combine everything, but we should not forget about the vast benefits that physical activity brings along!
That is the main reason why we have included sport and leisure activities into the everyday schedule of our Summer School. The study from Harvard University proves, that physical activity helps your brain memorize better. Moreover, it helps you to sleep better, which in consequence means better mood and overall higher life satisfaction.
